A timesheet records who worked on a particular project during a particular week. TTPay uses this information, along with your Time & Attendance (TA) Rules, to automatically calculate pay rates.
Where to find it: Time > Timesheet Daily
Steps
Creating a timesheet
- Click the New button to start a blank timesheet. (You can look up and open a previous timesheet instead if you need to review or edit one.)
- Enter the Date in DDMMYYYY format — the current day of the week fills in automatically.
- If your company uses its own numbering system for documents, enter it in the Ticket/Document Ref field (optional).
- Enter the Project Ref and Work Zone — use the lookup if you’re not sure of the code.
- Choose a general TA Rule for the timesheet. You’ll be able to change this for individual employees later if needed.

Adding timesheet information
- Add employees using the lookup on EmpCd. To remove an employee, press F3.
- Enter the employee’s start and end time in the From Time to To Time columns respectively.
- The hours are calculated manually. If you want to manually calculate the employee’s accumulated time, tick the Manual? box.
- If there are multiple projects you would like to add to that specific timesheet, press the Down Arrow after the last line. You can use the lookup to select from the listing.
If you want to reuse the employee’s and project’s listing on a timesheet, select the Copy button.

Once timesheets are entered, you can now verify and post it to payroll — see Verifying and Posting Timesheets to Payroll.
