If TTPay shows an error message, here’s what the most common ones mean and what to do about them.
| Error Message | What It Means | What To Do |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot open MAGIC.INI | Your workstation can’t open TTPay’s configuration file. | Check your network connection. |
| File Manager Fatal Error 2 | A file has been damaged. | Contact your IT support or TTPay support — this usually needs a data file repair. |
| Error 3011 | The network connection has been lost. | Check your network connection and try again. |
| Error 3012 | The network connection has been lost. | Check your network connection and try again. |
Most of these errors trace back to a network problem between your workstation and the TTPay database. If checking your connection doesn’t resolve it, or the error persists, contact your IT support or Total Information Systems for help.
