Setting Up GL Accounts and Running the Salary Journal

If you post payroll into your accounting system, TTPay needs to know which General Ledger (GL) accounts your earnings and deductions map to. Once that’s set up, you can generate the salary journal for each pay period.

Setting up GL accounts

Where to find it: Setup > System > Accounting> GL Table

Steps

  1. Click the Add button and enter your GL account number and a description. Make sure it matches the same one as your accounting system.
