Once a payroll worksheet is ready, print it for a final check, then post it to close it off and move it toward payment.
Where to find it: Payroll > Print and Post Worksheets

Steps
- Select the worksheet you want to print or post.
- Choose a Report Format and Sort Order. Print the worksheet and carefully review it for accuracy.
- Once everyone has confirmed the figures are correct, click POST to Payroll.
- On the popup window, enter the Payroll Period and Remarks. The Payroll Period is formatted as Year-Month-Cycle.
Posting closes the worksheet to further updates. Make sure every transaction has been verified and approved before you post — this is your last real check before pay is finalized.
If a mistake is found after posting, it isn’t too late — see Un-posting a Worksheet to correct it. After posting, you can move on to printing payslips — see Printing or Emailing Payslips.
